松解性视网膜切开联合硅油填充术治疗眼球破裂伤

目的：探讨一种有效的治疗复杂性眼球破裂伤的手术方法。方法：采用闭合式玻璃体切除、巩膜环扎、视网膜切开及硅油填充术治疗眼球破裂伤所致复杂性视网膜脱离病例5例。结果：出院时视网膜完全复位4例，部分复位1例。术后矫正视力达0．4、0．2、0．05者各1例，光感2例。结论：此法能治愈复杂性视网膜脱离。由于创口处视网膜嵌塞，引起视网膜短缩，经视网膜切开手术能达到松解牵引的效果。

Objective: In order to design a effectine operation to treat compli cated rupture of eyeball. Methods: Vitrectomy. encircling. retinotomy and silicious plombage were used in 5 cases of complicated retinal de thchment after rupture of eyeball. Results: In 4 cases the retina was reat thched and one was half-reattached when they left hospital, Their correct defects of vis ion are 0.4, 0.2,0.05 and lp. Conclution: The complicated retinal detachment can be cured by this method
