本文对176例220眼白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的并发症及其原因进行了总结。最常见的并发症是后囊破裂和角膜内皮水肿浑浊。发生的原因主要是病例选择不当、技术不熟练及操作控制经验不足。对防治措施作了初步探讨。提醒手术医师术前先了解常见的并发症的原因及症状，以便预防或处理。

To analyze complications and causes of phacoemulsification of cataract and IOLs on 176 cases (220 eyes). The common complications in this study were posterior capsular rupture and corneal endothelial ede ma. The major causes of complications were wrong choice of cases and inadequate skill To investigate prevention of its complication,to remaind that surgeons must understand the reasons and symptoms of common complication before the operation. It can be prevented and treated.
