毛精纺印染废水处理技术研究

Study on the Dyeing Wastewater Treatment and Technology of the Worsted Wool Fabrics

文章研究了毛精纺印染废水的两个来源，洗毛废水和染色废水，而印染废水是主要的废水来源。分析了毛精纺印染废水的特点及常用的四种处理方法，即物理吸附法、化学法、物化法和生化法。接着研究了洗毛废水处理和印染废水处理的流程及工艺，从水质的控制指标可以肯定，经过废水处理后其水质符合要求，满足清洁化生产的要求，也符合环保的要求。

The article discusses the the two sources of waste water of the worsted wool fabrics, scouring wastewater and dyeing wastewater, and dyeing wastewater is the main source of waste water. Analysis of the characteristics and four commonly used approaches of the worsted wool＇wastewater, for example, physical absorption method, chemical method, physical and chemical method and biological and chemical method. Then the paper studies, the treatment process and technology of the scouring wastewater treatment and dyeing waste water treatment, from the water quality, it can be sure that the treated wastewater can meet the requirement through the water treatment, it also can meet the requirement of clean production and environment.
