EBV和P53蛋白在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤中的表达

Detection of EBV and P53 Protein in nasal inverted papilloma

目的检测EBV和P53蛋白在在国人鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(nasal inverted papilloma,IP)发生过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对31例IP,10例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤伴不典型增生(IP with dysplasia,ID)标本进行EBV和P53蛋白检测。结果31例IP中无P53蛋白阳性,10例ID中P53表达4例(表达率为40%)。EBV在31例IP中表达12例(表达率为38.7%),在10例ID中表达3例(表达阳性率为30%)。结论P53基因突变在IP中不表达,在ID中部分阳性表达。

Objective To explore the role of EBV and P53 protein in genesis of the nasal inverted papilloma of Chinese people. Methods The expression of EBV and P53 was detected in 31 patients with nasal inverted papilloma （IP） and 10 patients with IP with dysplasia （ID） by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of P53 was not detected in 31 patients with IP and was detected in 4 patients with ID （4/10, the positive rate was 40% ）. The expression of EBV was found in 12 patients with IP （12/31, the positive rate was 38.7% ） and 3 patients with ID （3/10, the positive rate was 30% ）. Conclusion The P53 gene mutation was not related to IP and may be closely related to ID.
