摘要
为了解东南沿海经济发达地区村镇住宅的安全性现状,对厦门市海沧区共计25619栋村镇住宅进行拉网式安全性评估。重点考察房屋结构类型、建筑规模、建造年代、结构和建筑部件的损伤程度等。对该地区村镇住宅的结构类型分布特点和不同类型房屋的安全性等级分布进行了统计分析。讨论了住宅结构类型与地区经济发展现状之间的关系。对该地区村镇住宅存在的安全性和耐久性问题进行了总结,并提出了相应的防灾建议。本文成果可为提升村镇住宅的防灾能力提供参考。
Field survey of 25619 country houses in Xiamen City was carried out to investigate the security and durability status of country houses in southeast coast of China. The structural type, size, built time and damage status of the houses are investigated. The structural types and safety status of these country houses were studied statistically. The relationship between structural type and economic development status were discussed. Some advices to protect the country houses in this area against the natural disasters are proposed. The results could be referenced to enhance the life and property safety and the disaster prevention ability of the country houses.
