摘要
汇总了广州市12家鉴定单位对汶川县城所在地-威州镇共522栋,540398.4m2房屋的安全鉴定报告,对汶川大地震中威州镇各类房屋的震害情况进行了统计分析。震害结果表明:未经抗震设计的砖木、石木等低层结构破坏最为严重,其严重破坏率高达77.4%,明显高于经过抗震设计的房屋;框架结构的严重破坏率远远低于砖混结构和底框结构。总结了威州镇各类房屋的常见破坏规律,并对各种破坏的主要原因进行了详细分析,提出了一些有用的建议和结论。
This paper summarizes seismic damage data of a total of 540398.4 square meters of 522 buildings in Weizhou town of Wenchuan County, which are from 12 building appraisal companies in Guangzhou. Statistic analysis on 522 buildings in Weizhou town shows that buildings built relying on personal experience were badly damaged, such as brick-timber and stone-timber structures, and 77.4 percent of which are suffered destructive damages, much higher than those buildings with professional design and construction. The severe damage-rate of RC frame structure is much lower than that of brick masonry structure and bottom-frame structure. The characters of seismic damage of buildings in Weizhou are analyzed and investigated systematically for different types of building structures. Finally, some useful lessons and suggestions are put forward to guide future design and construction of buildings.
