为实现对电能质量实时监测与管理,提高电力企业信息化水平,综合国内外多种电能质量评估系统的性能,文中设计并研发了一种电能质量在线分析管理系统,实现了电能质量评估工作的系统化、实时化,提高电力企业信息化水平,并为电能质量的控制奠定了基础。该系统基于.NET平台构建开发,分为表示层、业务逻辑层及数据管理层对代码进行优化管理。采用ADO.NET技术,通过统一的数据库管理数据,实现了系统管理、电能质量在线分析及自定义生成报表等功能。该系统具有多指标分析的完善性、自定义生成报表的灵活性、使用方便、界面友好等特点。

In order to achieve real - time supervision and management of power quality, enhance informationize level of power enterprises, synthesized the performance of many kinds of energy quality appraisal system on home and abroad, designed and developed one kind of power quality on- line analyzing management system. It realized systematization and timeliness of power quality evaluation work, enhanced informational level of power enterprises, and lay the foundation for power quality controlling. Fundamentally based on the. NET platform, meanwhile it was divided into the presentation level, the business logic level and the data management level, and realized the optimized management to the code. Adopting the ADO. NET technology and unifying database for data management, realized functions such as system administration, power quality online analyzing and custom report generating. The system has charaeteristics of perfection in multi - index analyzing, flexibility in custom report generating, easy to maintain and user friendly.
