摘要
昨天的经历蕴含着未来的发展。在深入学习实践科学发展观、认真贯彻落实十七大精神之际,回顾中国发展历程、搞清楚中国发展战略演变脉络很有必要。本文以发展战略基本理论为指导,把中国发展战略分为赶超战略与竞争战略两大类,明确提出十七大以前属赶超战略,并细分为计划型赶超战略、市场型赶超战略两个阶段,十七大以后中国将进入以竞争型战略为主导的全新发展阶段。
In this paper,guided as the basic theory of the development strategy,it divided the theory into two categories：surpassing strategy and competitive strategy,clearly puting forward that it is surpassing strategy before 17th congress,and divided it into project type surpassing strategy and market type surpassing strategy.China enter into the new development stage of competitive strategy after the 17th congress.
