摘要
[目的]探讨大肠癌手术病人术前常规检查健康宣教指导表的应用及效果。[方法]将新入院的大肠癌病人采用随机方法分为实验组和对照组。对照组病人进行常规的口头健康宣教,实验组病人则在常规口头教育的基础上增加了健康宣教指导表的应用。[结果]实验组病人对术前各项检查的认知率明显高于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。全部病人能按时完成各项检查。[结论]大肠癌病人术前各项辅助检查的健康宣教采取个别口头教育方式加表格化文字书面方式同时进行,可提高病人及家属对手术前各项检查须知的认知度,提高病人配合意识,并能使家属及早安排好工作按时陪同病人进行特殊的相关检查。
Objective:To probe into the application of preoperative conventional examination and health propaganda education introduction table for colon cancer patients and its effect. Methods:Colon cancer patients admitted into hospital were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of control group were given conventional oral health propaganda education mode. Patients of test group were applied health propaganda and education introduction table based on the conventional oral education. Results:The cognition rate of test group patients on each preoperative auxiliary examination was much higher than patients have finished every auxiliary that of control group (P〈0.01). All examination on time. Conclusion. To carry out individual oral education and table and literal in written form in the same time as health propaganda education for preoperative auxiliary examination of colon cancer patients may enhance the cognition rate of patients themselves and their family members toward all preoperative auxiliary examination. It could enhance the cooperation awareness of patients. And it can let family members to accompany patients to carry out their special examination.
