摘要
[目的]了解心脏监护室(CCU)病人的睡眠质量及其影响因素。[方法]采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和自编影响睡眠因素调查表,对80例CCU病人进行问卷调查。[结果]CCU病人的PSQI总分为12.01分±4.88分,明显高于正常成人组。影响睡眠的因素依次为疼痛、担心预后、体位不适、邻床病人干扰、口干、病床不适、孤独等。[结论]CCU病人的睡眠质量差,影响睡眠的因素是多方面的,且影响因素大部分是可控制的。
Objective： To know about the sleep quality and its influencing factors of patients in cardiac care unit（CCU）. Methods： A total of 80 patients in CCU were investigated by filling out PSQI and self - made sleep influence factors scale. Results：The total score of PSQI in all patients was 112. 01 ± 4. 88, which was much higher than that of normal adult group. Factors influencing sleep of patients included pain, worried about prognosis, body position uncomfortable, interference from patients in neighboring bed, dry mouth, bed unwell and lonely. Conclusion：The sleep quality of patients in CCU was poor. The factors influencing their sleep quality were versatile. However, most of these factors are controllable.
