中药在预防放射性肺损伤的初步探讨

Traditional Medical Prevention on Radiation Pneumonitis

目的:观察中药对放射性肺损伤的防护作用。方法:随机选取124例病例,分为两组,治疗组48例,对照组76例,两组均进行三维立体定向放射治疗,治疗组加服中药汤剂。观察两组急性放射性肺炎的发生率与发生等级。结果:两组放射性肺炎发生率分别为治疗组10.42%,观察组11.84%;两组均未出现3、4级放射反应,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:本组所用中药未能达到放射防护作用。

Objective ：To evaluate the preventive effect of radiotherapy of radiotherapy plus traditional medical on radiation pneumonitis. Methods,A group is 48 cases, B group is 76 cases. B group accept radiotherapy. A group accept radiotherapy and traditional medical. Results ：The incidences of radiation pneumontits is 10.42% and 11.84%, respectively（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：Traditional medical in A group have no prevention on radiation pneumonitis.
