人体胆石中胆固醇的薄层扫描测定

Determination of Cholesterol in Human Biliary Calculus by TLc Scanning

用薄层扫描法测定了昆明地区３１例人体胆石中胆固醇的含量，结果表明３１例人体胆石均属胆固醇石，与Ｘ射线衍射分析结果吻合。

The cholesterol contents in biliary calculus of 31 cases in Kunming were determined by TLc scanning.The result showed that all cases were cholesterol bilestones,and agreed with the analysis in X-ray diffraction.Compared with other article reported in eighties,the ratio of cholesterol bilestones had an obvious increase.
