彩色多普勒能量血流显像在颌下腺疾病鉴别诊断中的价值

The Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Power Imaging of Blood Stream in Confirming Diseases of Submaxillary Gland

应用彩色多普勒能量血流显像（ＣＤＰＩ）诊断颌下腺炎、颌下腺混合瘤、颌下腺癌、颌下腺囊肿，以探讨ＣＤＰＩ的临床价值．结果：４２例，４５侧颌下肿块根据肿块内部血流分布的多少按Ｍａｒｔｉｎｏｌｉ的分级标准分为４级．经手术、穿刺、病理证实，符合率达９３３％．

This paper reported the clinical application of Color Doppler Imaging in diagnosing submaxillaritis,mixed tumor of submaxillary gland,carcinoma and cyst in submaxillary gland.Total 45 submaxillary glands mass in 42 cases (some cases had two masses) were classified into four categories in Martinoli criterion according to blood distribution in the mass.The classification was approved by operation,needle biopsy and pathology,correct diagnose rate of CDPI was 93 3%.Which suggested that Color Doppler Power Imaging could be used for the diagnosis of the sort of diseases mentioned above.
