全胃肠外营养支持在梗阻性黄疸病人围手术期的应用

Peri-operation Application of Total Parenteral Nutritional Support to Patients of Obstructive Jaundice

对１８例梗阻性黄疸病人进行围手术期全胃肠外营养支持（ＴＰＮ）治疗．结果：能使病人安全渡过手术期，营养状况都有显著改善，仅２例出现导管感染，无术后并发症及死亡病例，治疗效果良好．结果表明对梗阻性黄疸病人进行ＴＰＮ治疗，可以提高病人对手术的耐受性。

This article reported the effect of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) application on 18 perioperatione patients with obstructive jaundice.The results showed that TPN could tide the patients over surgical procedures safely and improve their nutrition situation greatly.Among all cases,only 2 catheter infection occurred,there was no complication and death after operation.Therefore,TPN support was necessary to patients of obstructive jaundice.It can improve the patients' tolerance to surgical operation and decrease the complications.
