曲马多复合昂丹司琼在治疗术中寒战的体会

Tramadol compound ondansetron in the treatment of patients in the chill experience

目的探讨手术中出现寒战反应的药物治疗及药物副作用的防治。方法选择90例在硬膜外麻醉、神经阻滞和局部麻醉下进行的择期手术。随机分为A组经静脉注入曲马多1mg／kg、复合昂丹司琼4mg；B组单纯静注曲马多1mg／kg；C组单纯静注哌替啶1mg／kg。观察治疗效果和并发症。结果三组效果观察，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。B组、C组并发症明显多于A组，差异有显著性。结论曲马多治疗术中寒战疗效确切，昂丹司琼与其合用能起协同作用，可明显减低曲马多引起的恶心、呕吐的不良反应。

Objective To study drug treatment of intraoperative shiveing and prevention of its side effects. Methods 90 cases of selective operation under epidural anesthesia, nerve block or local anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups. Compound of tramadol 1 mg/kg and ondansetron 4mg was injected in A group, tramadol 1 mg/kg in B group, pethi- dine 1 mg/kg in C group, compared the effects and complications in three groups. Results No difference of effects was ob- served in three groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）, see table 2. Complications of B group, C group was significantly more than A group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tramadol could treat intraoperatlve shivering effectively, and ondansetron can make a synergy effect which could reduced the side effects of tramadol such as nausea and vomiting significantly.
