未婚女青年人工流产的心理社会危险因素探讨

A Analysis of Psychological and Social Risk Factor of Artificial Abortion on Unmarried Women

采用问卷调查及面谈对１２０例行人工流产的未婚女青年的心理社会危险因素进行分析，结果表明：恋人、文化程度低、工人及无业者是未婚性行为及妊娠、未婚人流的高危人群，将性行为看作是忠于爱情、在恋爱中一时冲动及对性行为的好奇是导致未婚性行为、妊娠的危险因素．提出应加强青少年树立正确的恋爱观教育．还应对他们加强性知识的宣传教育及健康教育，提高自我文化道德修养。

With questionnaire,120 unmarried women who received artificial abortion were interviewed and the psychological and social risk factors was analyzed.The result showed that sex between lovers,low education level,the occupation of worker and unemployed were risk factors for this group of women.As the young unmarried women often considered that having sex is for showing honesty for love,or could not deal with sex impulse and curious for sex,they became pregnant.Which suggested that sex education and morality education is necessary for young people for preventing pre-married sex behavior.
