米非司酮及米索前列醇在中期引产术中的应用

Clinical Application of Mifeproistone and Misoprostol in Intermediate Induced Labor

研究抗早孕药物米非司酮及米索前列醇在中期引产术中的应用，与未用药组进行对照，结果引产时间比未用药组短，差异极显著（Ｐ＜０００１）．胎盘胎膜残留大于未用药组，差异极显著（Ｐ＜０００１）．用药组无软产道损伤。

In order to explore the role of mifeproistone and Misoprostol in intermediate induced labor,112 cases who asked to terminate pregnancy were divided into two groups,mifeproistone and Misoprostol were given to one of them.The time needed for operation,the remnant of placenta and reproductive tract damage were studied.The results revealed that three indicators had very significant difference between experimental and control group.For experimental group,the operation time was much shorter than control group ( P <0 000 1),less remnant of placenta ( P <0 001) and less damage of reproductive tract.
