摘要
对螺栓进行超声纵波检测时,发现了与常见伪缺陷波不同的异常波,该波有能量高、不稳定、有规律、不遮挡螺纹波等特点,经分析后确定是耦合剂过多导致的盖帽反射波,不是缺陷波。
When the bolt was detected by Ultrasonic P-wave detection, abnormal wave appeared, the feature of the wave is： high energy, instability, regularity and had no effect on thread reflected wave. After studied on the abnormal wave, we were sure that, the wave was not defect wave, but nut cap reflected wave because of excessive of eouplant.
