摘要 随着社会主义市场经济的发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,营销人才的需求逐年递增。国家人事部市场供求信息显示,市场营销人才需求量连续5年位居第一,2008年也持续保持了这种趋势。根据统计表明,我国目前有6000多万营销人员,其中80%没有经过系统的营销培训。对于市场营销人员来讲,只有明确自己未来的职业发展方向,按照职业规划的要求不断充实和完善自我,才能全面提升综合素质,从而迈入新的阶梯。 With the development of socialistic market economy, competition of market come to be more fiercely than before, the requirement of marketing people increasing year after year. The information on supply and demand from Government Personnel Department show that, the requirement of marketing people has listed No. 1 in the past 5years, the trend continues in 2008. According to statistics, there are more than 60 million marketing people in China. Unfortunately, 800/0 of them had not accepted system selling training. To a marketing people who want to promote into next ladder, he ought to enhance comprehensive diathesis by targeting the vocational development and improving selves according to the requirement.
