以Omron的CPMIA小型PLC为例,介绍了上位PC机如何用VB实现对多台PLC进行分布式监控。PLC作为下位机控制生产过程,上位计算机进行实时监测或参与控制生产现场的参数。在PC与PLC正常通信的前提下完成了上位机对PLC的实时监控功能。

This paper takes the miniature PLC, CPMIA made by Omron as the example and introduces a method for host to realize distributed monitoring on multiple Omron PLCs with the MSComm based on VB. As slave computer PLC finishes control function, and the host PC carries out real-time monitoring and controls the in situ production parameters. Under the premise of normal communication between PC and PLC the host realizes the real time monitoring function on PLCs.
