信息科学领域基础研究的管理特性分析

The analysis on the management features of fundamental research on the information science field

本文简要回顾了国家自然科学基金在信息科学技术领域基础研究方面资助的总体情况及发展趋势,从信息学部在"十一五"前三年资助项目情况并结合信息科学技术的学科特点出发,阐述了我国信息科学技术领域基础研究的五个方面管理特性,探讨了如何围绕管理特性开展科学基金管理工作的原则和方法。

A brief review of the general situation and developing trend of the funding from National Natural Science Foundation of China for the fundamental research on information science and technology is given. Based on the funded project conditions in the first three years of ＂Eleventh Five - Year Plan＂ and the academic characteristics of information science and technology, the 5 management features of fundamental research on information science and technology in China are expounded and the principles and methods on how to implement the science fund management around the management features are explored.
