摘要
本研究通过语料呈现实验探讨了平行语料在翻译教学中的应用问题。研究发现,在课堂上呈现平行翻译语料能够提高学生对翻译技巧的觉识,但技巧觉识与翻译质量并不直接相关。这说明,语料呈现需要辅以课堂互动。实验表明,平行语料有助于创建翻译教学的自主学习环境,也有助于提高翻译教学的效果。
This paper looks into the use of parallel corpus in translation teaching. It finds that the in-class presentation of translation corpus contributes to the improvement of the translation learners' awareness of translation techniques, yet that awareness does not have immediate correlation with translation quality. In addition, it is argued that in-class presentation of corpus should be supplemented by classroom interaction. The study concludes that parallel corpus helps to create an autonomous leaning environment for translation teaching.
