摘要
联合国教科文组织于2008年新进颁布《教师信息与计算机技术能力标准》(ICT—CST),明确了当今信息时代对教师技术素养的新要求。语言的本质及语言教学的专业特殊性,使基于信息和计算机技术的语言电化教学中的教师技术素养负载了更多的涵义。教师在进行语言电化教学时不仅应具备必要的技术素养,充分利用技术优化语言教学;还应以ICT-CST为参照,立足语言教师的角色,超越语言电化教学的技术层面,使语言教学过程体现出促进人的发展的教育意蕴。
UNESCO promulgated newly "Information and Computer Technology Competency Standards for Teach- ers" (ICT-CST) in 2008 , which made clear the new requirements to technology literacy for teachers in today's information age. The nature of language and the professional particularities of language teaching load teachers' technology literacy more meaning in educational technology for foreign language teaching (ETFLT) based on the information and computer technology. Therefore, teachers engaged in ETFLT should not only possess the necessary technical knowledge in order to make full use of technology to optimize language teaching ; but also take ICT - CST for reference and play the role of language teachers professionally and perfectly so as to transcend the power of the technical aspects of ETFLT and to reflect the educational implication of language teaching process in promoting human being's development.
