基于BACnet的智能小区监控系统的设计

Design of the intelligent community monitoring system based on BACnet

针对智能小区内各机电设备通信协议不统一而使系统不能集成的问题,提出了采用BACnet协议进行集成的方法,BACnet是楼宇自动化和控制网络的开放标准,也是唯一的国际标准;本文通过对BACnet通信协议研究,用VC++软件设计了BACnet的对象类型、协议栈和应用层服务程序,并用BACnet测试实验室的测试软件VTS进行了测试;设计了智能小区监控系统的集成模型,将供配电子系统、给排水子系统和电梯子系统等集成在同一平台;系统功能测试结果表明,该系统运行可靠,可能很好的实现集中管理,减少用户后期的维护,为用户提供更多的方便。

Because the communication protocol of the electrical and mechanical equipments within the Intelligent Community were uniform , which caused the system can not integrated, we propose the use of the BACnet protocol to integrate the system. BACnet is the open standards of the building automation and control network, at the same time it is the only international standards . Based on the BACnet communication protoeol＇s research , through the object type, protocol stack and application layer service procedures of the BACnet designed by the VC＋＋ software, by means of the testing of VTS software in the BACnet Testing Laboratory, the integrated model of the Intelligent Community make the systems integrate the same platform, the systems including the supply subsystem , the drainage subsystem and the elevator subsystem. The system function test results showed that this system operated reliably, achieved the centralization of management and reduced the later maintenance of the user. All of these provided the great convenience for the user.
