摘要
介绍一种简易的调节循环流化床锅炉性能的方法,在旋风分离器中加折流板来改变分离器的效率,通过改变旋风分离器的分离效率和性能,来对循环流化床锅炉中的高温物料的循环量进行调节,进而改变锅炉的燃烧工况和炉膛吸热,使锅炉热烟气的温度发生变化,使受热面的吸热量也发生变化,从而达到调整锅炉蒸汽参数的目的,使锅炉能在最佳的效率下运行,提高了锅炉对燃料的适应能力。用最小的变动来改善锅炉的性能。
This paper is introduced a simple method to regulate the performance of Circulating Flurdized Bed (CFB) Boiler. A baffle plate is installed in the cyclone separator to change the separation efficiency and performance of the separator, so that the circulating mass of high temperature materials in CFB boiler can be regulated. Then the combustion condition and heat-absorbing of furnace will be changed. Thus the temperature of heat flue gas will be changed and the heat absortion capacity of the heat transfering surfaces will be changed also in order to achieve the regulation of boiler steam parameter which the boiler can be operated with best efficiency so that the adaptive ability for fuel of the boiler can be improved. The performance of the boiler will be improved with minimum modification.
