抗心磷脂抗体与脑血管病

Relationship between anticardiolipin antibody and cerebral vascular diseases

目的观察抗心磷脂抗体与脑血管病的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验定量测定４５例脑血管病患者血清中抗心磷脂抗体的含量。结果缺血性脑血管病患者血清中ＩｇＧ型抗心磷脂抗体增高率比正常人明显增多（Ｐ＜０．０５），出血性脑血管病患者ＩｇＧ和ＩｇＭ型抗心磷脂抗体均较正常人明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Objective To observe the relationship between anticardiolipin antibody and cerebral vascular diseases. Methods The IgG and IgM anticardiolipin antibody titer were measured by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay in 45 patients with cerebral vascular diseases. Results The number of high titer of IgG anticardiolipin antibody in ischemic cerebral vascular diseases and IgG,IgM anticardiolipin antibody in haemorrhage cerebral vascular diseases were more than those of the normal control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion It should be noticed that cerebral vascular diseases may be result if anticardiolipin antibody titer was elevated.
