肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤15例报告

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal myelolipoma： report of 15 cases

目的提高肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析15例肾上髓样脂肪瘤患者的临床特点与随诊结果。11例有腰腹部酸痛，其中3例合并高血压，4例无自觉症状。诊断主要依靠B超、CT和MRI。结果15例均经手术切除。随访6个月至7年，无肿瘤复发。结论肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤诊断依靠B超、CT、MRI，确诊需经病理检查证实。症状明显或瘤体直径〉3．5cm者应尽早手术。

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal myelolipoma. Methods According to the clinical characteristics and follow-up outcomes, Adrenal myelolipoma 15 patients confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analysed. Of the 15 patients, 11 presented with abdominal or flank pain, of which 3 presented with hypertention ,4 presented no symptom. The diagnosis could be made with the aid of ultrasonography, CT and MRI. Results 15 patients underwent surgery,postoperative followed up from 6 months to 7 years, no reeeurrenee ever noted. Conclusions The diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma could be established based on B-US, CT or MRI. The final diagnosis depends on pathology. The operation should be performed as soon as possible if the symptom is severe or the size of tumor is lager than 3.5cm in diameter.
