摘要
设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的微型光谱测量系统。系统采用微型光纤光谱仪和笔记本电脑作为主要硬件,与传统光谱仪相比,便携性得到很大提高。使用USB接口为微型光谱仪供电并用来传输测量数据,不需额外配备电源和数据采集卡。利用LabVIEW结合动态链接库技术开发出的光谱测量分析程序,实现了参数设定、光谱测量、数据保存、重放、分析等功能。经过大量实际测量表明,系统可准确实现对300~1100nm内的可见光和近红外光谱数据的测量分析。
A micro spectrum measurement system based on virtual instrument is introduced. Micro fiber-optic spectrometer and notebook computer are used as the main hardware, compared with the traditional spectrometer, the portability of this system is enhanced greatly. The USB interface of the notebook computer is utilized to supply power for the spectrometer and transfer data, no additional power supply and data acquisition card is needed. LabVIEW8.5 and dynamic link library are used to build a spectral measurement and control the procedure, the functions of parameters setting, spectral measurement, data saving and data playback are achieved. The results show the system can measure the spectral data of300-1100nm exactly.
