经颞浅动脉介入上颌动脉的解剖学研究

Clinical anatomy of interventional approach to maxillary artery with transsuperficial temporal artery

目的研究经颞浅动脉插管至上颌动脉行介入诊疗的解剖学基础。方法在２３具成人尸体上观测了该介入通路的相关参数。结果颧弓处颞浅动脉的外径为２．４ｍｍ±０．４ｍｍ，上颌动脉７３．９％从颈外动脉内侧壁发出，起始处外径为２．９ｍｍ±０．７ｍｍ。上颌动脉起点至颧弓处，颞浅动脉长度为３６．４ｍｍ±８．５ｍｍ。上颌动脉与颞浅动脉夹角为８５．９°±１９．９°。结论与Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ法相比，该通路短，仅有一个弯曲且不涉及其它大血管。

Objective To provide anatomical basis of interventional approach to maxillary artery with transsuperficial temporal artery. Method Some parameters of this interventional approach were observed on 23 adult cadavers. Results The external diameter of superficial temporal artery is 2 4 mm±0 4 mm on the surface of zygomatic arch, in which the external diameter of 73 9% of maxillary artery is 2 9 mm±0 7 mm. It begins on the medial wall of external carotid artery. The length of superficial temporal artery is 36 4 mm±8 5 mm from zygomatic arch to the beginning of maxillary artery. There is an angle of 85 9°±19 9° between these two terminal branches of external carotid artery. Conclusions Compared with Seldingers tranfemoral approach, this approach has the feature of very short length, only one curve and no involvement in other important arteries, which indicates that it may serve as an approach to reduce the complications of interventional radiology.
