银杏叶提取物对小鼠缺氧及缺氧性记忆障碍的影响

Influence of extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves on anoxia and impairment of memory induced by anoxia in mice

目的观察银杏叶提取物（ＥＧＢ）对小鼠缺氧及缺氧性记忆障碍的影响。方法采用ＮａＮＯ２、ＫＣＮ及断头等方法造成小鼠缺氧致死模型。以ＮａＮＯ２造成小鼠缺氧性记忆缺失模型，并用跳台法作行为检测，ＴＢＡ法测定丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量，Ｇｒｅｅｎ法测定ＮＯ含量。结果ＥＧＢ（４０，８０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，ｉｇ，ｑｄ×１４天）可使以上模型缺氧小鼠的存活时间延长；减少记忆缺失小鼠的跳台错误次数，延长其ＳＤＬ，并使脑组织中升高的ＭＤＡ和ＮＯ含量降低。结论ＥＧＢ有明显的耐缺氧作用；对ＮａＮＯ２引起的缺氧性记忆障碍有明显改善，此作用可能与脑组织ＭＤＡ、ＮＯ含量的变化有一定关联。

Objective To investigate the influence of extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves (EGB) on anoxia and impairment of memory induced by anoxia in mice. Methods The anoxic models induced by NaNO 2, KCN and cutting head were used. The anoxic impairment of memory was induced by NaNO 2. The ability of memory was explored using step down test. TBA and Green methods were respectively adopted to measure malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO).Results EGB(40,80 mg·kg -1 , ig, qd×14days) markedly prolonged the survival time in anoxic mice, reduced the mistaken time of step down and prolonged SDL, reduced the MDA and NO contents in the cerebrum for the mice of impairent of memory. Conclusions EGB has protective effect against anoxia. EGB improves the anoxic impairment of memory induced by NaNO 2. The effects of EGB are probably related to the change of MDA and NO contents.
