首先,文章对岗位设计的含义及作用进行了概述;随后,文章就公立医院在社会主义市场经济背景下出于战略执行新需要的岗位设计工作所面临的新挑战进行了分析;最后,文章就公立医院的战略性岗位设计的理念创新与解决之道进行了探讨。
Firstly, the article overviewed the content of job design, secondly, the paper also analyzed the new challenge which state -owned hospital faced during the job design because of the needs of strategy implementing under the background of socialism market economy. Finally, the paper discussed the concept innovation and the solution of strategic job design in the state - owned hospital.
