摘要
通过分析我国房地产行业利润不均化的几点原因说明了我国房地产行业的发展现状。同时,分析了政府部门在针对我国房地产价格持续上升,房地产泡沫出现的情况下针对自身、开发商及商业银行、普通买房者三类群体,提出引导资金开发中小城市,限制开发商开发经济型房屋以稳定房价。
By analyzing a few reasons of not the aver age of profit in china's real estate industry shows the development of the real estate industry.And,analyzing how to control real estate prices continueing to rise and real estate bubble appearing for government departments to face itself,developers,commercial banks and the ordinary person.Advising government departments to guild funds to develop small and mediumsized city,limit developers to develop economy housing in order to stabilize housing prices.
