摘要
2008年海南省启动了国际旅游岛的建设,在这一背景下,对海南省旅游业提出了更高的要求和期待,旅游创新也提上了日程。海南旅游业要创新、要腾飞,需要加快建立一支高素质的管理人才和专业人才队伍。但目前海南旅游创新受到了人才瓶颈的制约,为此需要建立相适应的旅游人才开发机制,在教育、培训、激励和引进人才方面着手,以全面提升海南旅游产业的发展层次和水平。
Hainan Province has initiated the constru ction of International Tourism Island in 2008,which set a higher request and anticipation for Hainan tourism industry,so tourism innovation has been placed on the agenda.It's necessary to establish a high quality troop of managerial talent and professional talent as soon as possible for the innovation and fast development of Hainan tourism industry.But presently the tourism innovation is restricted by talent bottleneck,therefore,it's needed to build a suitable development mechanism of tourism talent in order to promote the development level of Hainan tourism industry as a whole in terms of education,training,incentives and introduction of talent.
