摘要
农村宅基地是中国社会保障机制在农村中的具体体现,农村宅基地使用权制度是有效维系亿万农民基本生存权利的重要制度。从我国农村宅基地使用权的概念出发,通过对目前农村宅基地使用权的流转机制进行具体分析,并提出解决我国农村宅基地使用权流转的法律机制,使农村宅基地使用权得到合理的利用,以期对中国的城镇化道路提供一些有益参考。
