文章将集群演进的动力因素按照在集群发展不同阶段的影响和主导作用分为基础动力因素、机制动力因素、集群政策和文化动力因素,并从动力因素交替、更迭的角度分析了产业集群演进的动力机制。从动力因素交替、更迭的角度去认识集群演进动力机制,可以判断出产业集群发展不同阶段影响演进的关键因素,为集群政策制定者提供促进集群发展的科学依据。

This paper divides the evolution dynamic factors of industrial clusters for the basis dynamic factors,mechanisms of motivation factors,cluster policy and cultural factors of motivation,and analyzes dynamic mechanism of icluster from dynamic factors replacement of perspective.From that perspective to understand the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of clusters,we can judge the key factors that influence the evolution of cluster in different stages of cluster development,and provide scientific basis for policy makers
