摘要
《金匮要略》的用药规律主要为：①重视专病用专药；②重视单味药主治功效的使用；③重视一药多用；④重视药物气味性用的不同取用；⑤重视药物特点及使用的差异性；⑥重视脏腑特性及病证特点用药；⑦各脏腑病证有相对的使用药谱；⑧善于用利远弊。
Coronary heart disease has the characteristics of chest distress, chest pain, repeated attack and pro-tracted course of disease, conform to the pathogenesis of invasion of the blood vessels by persistent disease.Author treated 48 cases of coronary heart disease by modified Shuguan Tongluo Tang with the actions ofsupplementing qi and activating blood circulation, dispelling wind and dredging the channels, the resultsshowed: in electrocardiogram, rate of obvious effectiveness was 37. 5 %, the total effectual rate was 87. 5 %,in symptoms, rate of obvious effectiveness was 59. 5 %, the totol effectual rate was 96. 37%, had obviousdifference compared with Di Ao Xin Xue kang group and routine treatment group, P< 0. 01.
