摘要
针对DEA方法中交叉评价模型在决策单元的评价排序问题上存在的不足——实现完全排序需要进行多次交叉评价,分析了引入差额指标模型的排序机制,该模型得出的评价排序结果较为完整。在此基础上,提出了新的DEA排序模型——综合输入效率模型,给出了具体的评价步骤,可实现与差额指标模型同样的排序功能。进一步通过数值分析对三种不同评价排序模型的排序效果进行对比分析,结论为差额指标与综合输入效率模型在评价排序时更为有效。
In view of the insufficiency of cross evaluation model of DEA methods on the ranking of decision making units that multiple evaluation processes are needed for completely ranking, a ranking mechanism with the balance index model is analyzed, and concluded that the ranking result is more complete with this model having been used. Based on these a new DEA ranking model, the comprehensive input efficiency model, is put for- ward, and the specific evaluation procedures are given, which can achieve the same ranking function as the balance index model. Furthermore, a comparative analysis of three models is carried out through numerical analysis, and the conclusion is that the balance index model and the comprehensive input efficiency model are more efficient and reasonable.
