摘要
目的探讨自制含氟声学造影剂用量与心肌显影灰阶强度之间的关系。方法 7条犬外周静脉注射声学造影剂共计60次,根据造影剂剂量分为三组:A:0.02~0.04ml/kg;B:0.05~0.07ml/kg;C:>0.08ml/kg。超声图像采集后计算机视频密度仪做脱机处理,绘制时间-强度曲线。结果自制的声学造影剂经静脉注射后能达到心肌显影的效果,各剂量组对血流动力学无明显影响。结论在一定的剂量范围内,灰阶强度随剂量的增加而增强,静脉注射0.05~0.07ml/kg为心肌显影的理想剂量。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the videointensity of myocardial opacification and the doses of contrast agent made by our laboratory in 7 canines. Methods Microbubbles were injected in-travenously 60 times which was divided into three groups according to the dose of the contrast agent: group A, 0. 02~0. 04 ml/kg, group B, 0. 05~0. 07 rnl/kg, group C, >0. 08 ml/kg. Computer-generated intensity curves were derived from these images. Results Myocardia were opacified after every injection of the agent. The various doses had no significant effect on hemodynamics. Conclusion In the certain ex-tent, the grey-scale videointensity was enhanced with the increase of the agent dose. 0. 05~0. 07 ml/kg intravenous injection of the agent was the optimal dose.
