摘要 目的:探讨干扰素γ(IFNγ)对人胰腺癌细胞CD44蛋白表达的影响。方法:使用CD44s,CD44v9,CD44v6和CD44v4单抗,采用流式细胞分析和免疫组化方法检测IFNγ作用于人胰腺癌细胞(SW1990)48h后,CD44蛋白表达的变化。结果:IFNγ作用48h后,SW1990细胞实验组CD44s,CD44v9,CD44v6和CD44v4的表达均较对照组升高,其中CD44v6和CD44v4表达增加在统计学上有显著意义(P<0.05)。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of interferon gamma (IFNγ) on expression of cluster of differentiation 44 (CD44) in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. Methods: After IFNγ acting upon human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell (SW1990) for 48 h,flowcytometry and immunohistochemical methods were used to study the expression of CD44 with mAbs against CD44s, CD44v 9,CD44v 6 and CD44v 4. Results: After acting of IFNγfor 48 h, the expression of CD44 in SW1990 increased as compared with nonacting cell, especially CD44v 6 and CD44v 4(P<0.05). Conclusion: IFNγ can up regulate the expression of CD44 in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells.
