策略之争——对诺基亚、摩托罗拉、三星三家手机业巨头的比较 被引量:1

摘要 1995-1998年,中国手机市场上由摩托罗拉、诺基业和爱立信三家企业占主导;1998-2004年,爱立信在中国市场上逐渐衰退,诺基亚开始同摩托罗拉争夺市场份额第一的位置。从2004年起,诺基亚在中国市场的市场份额达到16.13%,超过摩托罗拉成为市场第一,并将这一优势一直保持至今。
