摘要
随着中国加入WTO,TRIPS协定也将对中国国际贸易产生不可忽视的影响,尤其是在TRIPS所调整的与贸易有关的国际知识产权方面,将对中国国际技术贸易产生巨大影响。文章通过探讨TRIPS的概念及特点,分析TRIPS对中国对外贸易的影响,并指出中国应采取的对策。
With China s entry into WTO,Trips will play an important influence on China s international trade,especially in aspects of intellectual properties which related to international trade.By discussing the concept and characteristics of Trips,analyzing the influences caused by Trips,giving some advices.
