法哲学视域下预设和谐中理应实现的冲动体系

Impulse system in harmonious society from the vision of legal philosophy

在法哲学视域下,当今市场经济发展过程中实现伦理冲动与经济冲动的良性互动面临两个问题:一是个体扬弃主观抽象性的道德冲动、谋利冲动而形成普遍性的伦理冲动、经济冲动。二是普遍性的伦理冲动、经济冲动形成"冲动的体系"。只有解决好这两个问题,才能真正建构个体的"冲动的合理体系"与伦理实体的"冲动的合理体系",也才能实现社会的和谐发展。

From the view of legal philosophy,this article analyzes the matter of how to achieve the mutual beneficial interaction between ethical impulse and economic impulse in the development of market economy.Realizing their interaction,we have to face two problems.The first problem is that individual abandons subjective and abstractive impulse of moral and benefit,and then formats widespread ethical impulse and economic impulse.The second problem is that the widespread ethical impulse and economic impulse format the impulse system.Only by solving the two problems,can we establish the reasonable impulse system of individual and ethical entity for the harmonious development of society.
