摘要 高阻抗电弧炉的熔化速率取决于电弧释放功率大小,但是电弧释放功率不仅取决于电参数(电弧长度、电弧电压),而且在很大程度上取决于电弧区等离子气体的热特性.即电孤释放功率的数值,随着长弧操作、提高变压器二次电压和采用高热容量的等离子气体而加大。 The amount of heat supplied to the EAF affects the melting rate. Power delivery of a high-impedance EAF is influenced not only by the electric parameters such as arc length and voltage but also by thermal properties of the gases that form the plasma in the arc region. Namely, power delivery from arc is enhanced under long-arc, maximum tap voltage operation and with high heat capacity plasma gases.
