摘要
根据降压型开关电源、串联谐振的原理和频率调制技术成功制成40kV(V_(p-p))、0～30kHz可调四相等离子放电电源,应用于军民用等离子体新技术研究,并取得了比较理想的效果。
According to the step-down switching power supply, series resonance and frequency modulation, we successfully design a 40kV（VP-P）, 0-30kHz frequency adjustable four-phase plasma discharge power supply. This supply has been applied to military and civilian research on new plasma technologies and its performance is demonstrated to be rather good.
