基于人力资本的企业重组模式分析

摘要 文章从人力资本理论的角度对企业重组理论进行了研究,提出了基于人力资本整合的企业重组模式,并认为,实施基于人力资本整合重组模式的企业与实施传统型重组模式的企业相比,在企业重组的成功率方面,前者比后者高;在重组企业价值增值作用方面,前者比后者大。最后对企业如何实施基于人力资本整合的企业重组提出几点建议。
