Laparoscopic management of choledocholithiasis after cholecystectomy

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊切除术后胆总管结石的方法及可行性。方法：回顾分析11例胆囊切除术后胆总管结石患者行腹腔镜手术的临床资料,总结其手术适应证及疗效。结果：11例患者均采用腹腔镜手术清除结石,随访1~21个月,平均13个月,无异常。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊切除术后胆总管结石安全、可行。

Objective：To explore the operative methods and feasibility of laparoscopic management of choledocholithiasis after cholecystectomy.Methods：The clinical data of 11 patients with choledocholithiasis after cholecystectomy undergoing laparoscopic common bile duct exploration（LCBDE） was collected and retrospectively analyzed.The operative indication and therapeutic efficacy were summarized.Results：The calculus of 11 patients were completely removed by laparoscopy.The follow-up ranged from 1 to 21 months（mean 13 months）,and no abnormalities were observed.Conclusions：The laparoscopic management of choledocholithiasis after cholecystectomy is safe and feasible.
