摘要
网络环境对青少年健康心理素质的形成产生着巨大的负面影响,应引起各级政府及全社会的充分关注和高度重视,要采取切实可行、行之有效的措施努力解决好这个问题。
Network has great negative effects on forming healthy psychological qualities of adolescents.Therefore,governments at all levels and the whole society should pay much attention to it and take effective measures to solve this problem.
