英语教师的教学能力受多方面因素的影响,有主观的,也有客观的。主要包括以下几个方面:教学对象,教学内容,教学基本功,英语语言知识与技能,语言学及外语教学理论,教学方法及教学手段,文化与人文知识,教学研究,心理素质及思想道德素质以及学校教学管理等。

English teachers teaching abilities are affected by both subjective and objective factors,mainly including teaching objects,teaching contents,basic teaching abilities,English knowledge and skills,linguistics and teaching theories,teaching measures,culture and humanistic knowledge,psychological quality,moral quality,teaching management and so on.
