摘要
欠发达地区旅游开发是旅游开发研究的一个新视角.由于经济基础、资源条件、客源市场的限制,欠发达的、旅游资源较为贫乏的地区其旅游开发更是面临种种困难.以滨州市为例,在对欠发达地区旅游业现状与经济、资源和市场等旅游开发主要条件分析的基础上,提出层次开发、滚动开发、创新发展、渐进拓展四大主导性战略.
The study of the less-developed regions is a new field of the research on the tourist development. It is a tough work to develop tourism in less-developed regions with non-optimal resources because of its specific financial conditions, tourist resources and tourist market. With the case of the Binzhou City, based on the systemic analysis of status on its tourist industry and qualifications of economy,tourist resources and market,this paper proposes four guiding strategies,namely,gradation development,rolling development,innovation development and progressive expanding.
