摘要
采用就业焦虑量表和父母教养方式量表对270名大学生进行了测查,以探讨父母教养方式和大学生就业焦虑的关系.结果发现女生在父亲情感温暖与理解、母亲拒绝否认、母亲惩罚严厉上得分显著高于男生;男生在母亲情感温暖与理解、母亲偏爱被试上得分显著高于女生.女大学生在就业恐惧和就业不安上的得分显著高于男生.大学生就业焦虑总分与父母教养方式中父亲过分干涉、偏爱被试、拒绝否认、过度保护呈显著正相关,与父母教养方式中的母亲过分干涉、过度保护、拒绝否认、惩罚和严厉、偏爱被试显著正相关.这一结果表明大学生就业焦虑和父母教养方式有关,父亲过度保护和父母惩罚严厉对就业焦虑有一定程度的预测作用.
Based on a sample of 270 university graduates,the present study investigates the relationship between employment anxiety and parenting for university graduates. The results show that girl graduates get more of father's understanding and mother's refusal and punishment than boy graduates, while the boy graduates get more of mother' s understanding and favor than girl graduates. It is concluded that the graduates' employment anxiety is closely associated with the parenting,such as parental warmth, overprotection,punishment and rejection.
